A closer look at the Financials Tab
The Financials tab in the Daisy Dashboard is designed to give board members a clear, real-time view of their building’s financial health—all in one place.
Right at the top, you’ll see a full snapshot of your building’s cash position: operating funds, reserves, and certificates of deposit. You can also keep tabs on unpaid bills and delinquencies, with breakdowns by aging category to help you spot issues early.
Below that, monthly expenses are laid out alongside your budget, so you can quickly see how your building is tracking. Want to dig deeper? You can click into each category to see line item details and even view specific invoices. There's also a year-to-date view that compares total spending to the annual budget.
