Daisy Property Management reviews from board members and residents
If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Best management company in New York. From the management team to working with vendors, the entire process is seamless and well organized. It’s truly a foolproof operation. A special thank you to Nick and Jillian—they’re always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

From large-scale capital improvement projects to the day-to-day management of our landmarked 8 unit townhouse, Daisy Management has been our trusted partner every step of the way.

Live in a condo managed by Daisy. They are little more than an online platform that looks nice, and probably manages online applications fine but real world management of your building is not in their purview. We have a great super but the company itself does very little - cant find proper vendors to do maintenance work, cant find solutions to security problems, doesnt do maintenance per se. Suggest others to look into what it does well vs what it doesnt. In my experience over 3 years of a 70+ apt condo, they are not in business of actually managing the property.
Hi Marina, Living with ongoing maintenance and security issues is incredibly frustrating, especially when it feels like they’re not being resolved. We’ve been working closely with the board to move these items forward, including coordinating vendors and planning the right long-term solutions. That said, we understand how it can feel like nothing is happening, and we can do a better job making sure that work and progress are clearly communicated. We’re continuing to push these efforts forward and will be more consistent in sharing updates so there’s better visibility into what’s happening. – The Daisy Team
Dan with Daisy Property Management is amazing! We had to go through a condo board for approval. Dan was attentive, walked us through everything that was needed when we weren't approved, resubmitted our documents 3 time, and finally got us approved. He was quick to respond, but most of all cared! So glad we got this across the line and we couldn't have done it without him. Thank you, Dan!
Thanks for sharing Bernie! We're glad Dan was able to make the process seamless.

You're welcome Peter!
We worked with Dan and condo application process was smooth and professional!
We're so glad your application process was seamless!
Charisma at Daisy was fantastic! Super professional and quick to respond to all of my inquiries which is not so typical with other management companies. Kudos!
Thanks for the kind words Kenneth - we'll make sure Charisma sees this! Hearing "not typical of management companies" really means a lot. That's exactly the bar we set for ourselves: responsive, reliable, human.
I live in a building managed by Daisy. They are a joke. Alarm ringing every few days for hours in the lobby. Basement floods regularly. Car elevator doesn't work on and off so you can't get your car in or out. The icing on the cake is that after the most recent flood, the car elevator broke so about 10 vehicles are trapped in the basement now for 10 days. Their estimate is one month to fix. Little to no communication and/or very delayed. Gym flooded, needed to be closed for months for repairs. I could go on and on. Stay away.
