Honestly, save yourself the headache and stay away from Daisy Management. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The billing system here is a total joke. Their app is slow and inflexible. They’ll actually admit they messed up, but then tell you they ‘can’t fix it’. The managers also have no clue what’s actually going on with our building’s condition but refer to general case. On top of all that, they are painfully slow.
