If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

A FEW WEEKS AGO I REPORT A PROBLEM WITH THE INTERNET INTERCOM AND I RECEIVED A REPLY WHICH SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET TO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WITHIN A SHORT TIME THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED. THEY HAVE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM TWICE BOTH IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I’m impressed by the Daysi Management company. I’m constantly communicating with building management and I have to say that Daysi is very easy to work with and they proactively follow-up backed by technology and great people skills, friendly and responsive. I don’t believe any other management company is providing the same service in NYC. Daysi professionals are the nicest and more helpful people. Thanks Gus you are extremely professional your work ethic and professionalism exceed all expectations you are highly effective in your communications and response time to problems. You guys are the best.

I live in of the buildings run by Daisy and I am very impressed with how nice and responsive everyone is from AC concerns to package handling (I get an email notification each time). The super lives in our building and I consider him a friend. They also make monthly paying convenient as well through their portal.
