If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Daisy PM so far! Super easy and quick board approval. Staff is very helpful and responsive. The manager Kosha Diaz is absolutely the best!! I’m always confident that a process will be seamless if she is in charge!

Finally! A property management you can trust. I’m sure if you worked with other management company you’d know that communication with them can be challenging but Daisy is the complete opposite! If your buildings board is searching for a new management company Daisy is the way to go!

I learned a great deal about the nimbleness of a smaller managing agent! Whereas most of the larger managing agents take a great deal of time to respond, Daisy Property Management was incredibly responsive. There was no question that went unanswered--most often within an hour or so--even late or on weekends. Our representative was also just so pleasant to work with and made the process so manageable. I will recommend Daisy going forward without hesitation! I had a great experience!

I wish our condo building went with Daisy from the very start! They’re so responsive but most importantly extremely kind. I’m sure if you worked with any other management company you’d know that communication with them can be a nightmare but Daisy is the complete opposite! I never have to worry about them not getting back to me with questions about moves, renovations etc. If your buildings board is searching for a new management company Daisy is the way to go!
