We worked with a wonderful property manager for decades and when she retired we had to move from 'pen and ledger' to the 'digital era'. The team at Daisy were patient, kind and helpful making that transition. And they even helped us save a few bucks. Highly recommend.

My condo building in LIC have recently changed building management to Daisy. After high hopes with touting their more efficient online/apps services , they have disappointed with poor communication and poor sense of urgency, and long delays to get high priority tasks and repairs completed. My unit has been leaking with water for over 3 months and counting, where it seems they are dragging their feet to get this fixed. Any other reputable building management company would not take this long to fix a roof and window leak. It seems this is a common theme on recent posts and would not recommend.
Hi Narin, we're really sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve had with communication and the time it’s taken to repair the leak, that’s incredibly frustrating. We’ve investigated internally and indeed, haven’t communicated to the standard we strive to - proactive communication is necessary to keep all our residents in the know, and reassured. Behind the scenes, we have been working with the board and contractors to repair the leak. When we initially started repairs we uncovered it’s a much deeper issue that will require a much larger project, which is why it has taken as long as it has. We’re continuing to work to resolve this as quickly as possible, and provide more timely updates to you.
Avoid at all costs. Believe the one-star reviews and save yourself the trouble of finding out firsthand how quickly your building can go downhill. Daisy started out promising but their business model seems to be failing. Takes multiple follow ups to get anything done and it feels more like we work for them than them working for us. Everything disappears into a “building operations” team - tickets get closed without any confirmation issues were resolved. Best to avoid. Disappointing because they initially showed promise but they seem unable to handle their growth. Strongly discourage from using. NOTE: Be curious why so many of the five-star reviews are from people whose other reviews are from establishments in areas Daisy doesn't even serve. The respondent is correct that it shouldn’t take much effort to get an issue resolved yet with Daisy, it does. If you want to be continuously frustrated by having to explain your issue in every communication, go with Daisy. If you want them to make promises and not deliver, hurry up and sign with Daisy. If you enjoy needing to check in on your open issues daily because of lack of progress, you know the drill, run to good old Daisy. In a world where good management companies are hard to come by, Daisy excels in being the worst we’ve experienced in our 18 years living in our condo. They make promises at our annual meeting and completely disregard them less than a week later. Don’t give this company the time of day. You’ve been warned.
Working with Daisy Property Management has left an incredible mark on the community with their recent clothing drive initiative. I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how impeccably organized their clothing drive across several of their buildings is. This initiative not only exemplifies their dedication to their tenants but also reflects their ethos of compassion and empathy. The clothing is picked up and distributed by "We are Driving Force" at St. Mary's Church", and it speaks volumes about Daisy's commitment to fostering partnerships that uplift the community. Through this collaboration, hundreds of low-income individuals in New York City will have access to clean clothes, providing a sense of dignity to the people that are receiving the clothing but also restoring the wardrobes of the tenants that are giving. Kudos to Daisy, Jess, and the entire team for their remarkable work. They've not only made a tangible difference but also inspired others to do the same. Here's to many more initiatives and countless lives touched by their incredible spirit.
