Daisy Property Management reviews from board members and residents
If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Best management company in New York. From the management team to working with vendors, the entire process is seamless and well organized. It’s truly a foolproof operation. A special thank you to Nick and Jillian—they’re always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

From large-scale capital improvement projects to the day-to-day management of our landmarked 8 unit townhouse, Daisy Management has been our trusted partner every step of the way.
Super easy management company to work with.

As a real estate agent, Daisy is super helpful keeping the process streamlined and efficient.
Hi Spencer, Thanks for sharing this. We’re glad our team helped make the process feel streamlined and efficient — that’s exactly the experience we want to provide for agents and residents alike. – The Daisy Team
Great team to work with—professional, responsive, and easygoing. Communication is always smooth, and they make collaboration feel effortless
Thank you!
This is my first time dealing with our building's new property management company, Daisy. I have been dealing with Dan for a new sublease application and he has been excellent. He is very responsive and accommodating given my specific situation.
Hi Roger, Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re so glad your first interaction with Daisy has been a positive one. Responsiveness and flexibility are exactly what we want residents to feel, and it’s great to hear that came through for you. – The Daisy Team
Really bad management company. They never show up to the building so they have no idea of the severity of the issues which might be affecting it. They are really slow to take action for any issue raised, which has to be done through their app, and the only way to get things done is by constantly calling them/emailing them. They create more headaches, which is the opposite of what a management company should do.
Hi Ximena, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience so far. You’re right, we’re here to make your life easier, not harder, but clearly that wasn’t the case. I looked into your record in our system and located the open ticket you’re referring to. On Tuesday evening you reported that the vendor cleaning the ventilation system caused an electrical short that knocked out power in parts of your unit. I see that after the super inspected it, we failed to get an electrician out and didn’t keep you updated. That’s extremely frustrating, and you shouldn’t have had to deal with that in your own home. Where we went wrong: Issues like yours (electrical, water, or heat outages) should be escalated immediately, with a technician dispatched the same day and clear communication until it’s resolved. That didn’t happen here, and we’re reviewing how this breakdown happened so it doesn’t happen again What we’re doing to solve it: I’m glad we were able to coordinate with you and the vendor yesterday so he could come to your unit this morning. We’ll be staying on top of this to make sure we get this resolved quickly. Again, we’re really sorry we fell short here and we’re working to make it right. -Leah
I moved out of a Daisy managed property over 3 months ago and Daisy has failed to return a $500 "move out deposit" to me despite confirming that the post move out inspection was completed and no damages were found. They have been unresponsive to calls, voicemails, emails, etc. to the point where I have had to file a formal complaint to the NY Attorney General and contact a lawyer to hopefully get my money back. Would not recommend working with this company, it is absolutely abhorrent that they will not return deposits to their residents.
Hi Kelsey, You’re absolutely right to be upset. You shouldn't have had to wait this long or work this hard to get your move-out deposit returned. That’s a failure on our part, and we’re really sorry. We looked into what happened and found that your refund was part of a larger internal issue that caused multiple move-out requests to stall before reaching our processing team. It was a breakdown in our system, and we take full responsibility. This never should have happened. I did see follow-ups from you via our app, but no missed calls in your account history. We monitor all incoming calls, and when we can’t answer right away, we return them within a few minutes. It’s possible the call came from a number not linked to your account—if so, we’d like to understand what happened so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. How we're fixing it: We now have a dedicated team working through every impacted refund to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We processed your refund. We'll be reaching out to you directly today as well, and would be great to better understand what happened with your call so we can address that too. Again, we’re really sorry for the delay and the frustrating experience. We’re working to make it right. – The Daisy Team
Absolute scam of a company. I moved in almost two months ago to a building they manage and they still have not returned my move in deposit. I’ve contacted them multiple times over the span of the two months and never hear back after a generic “we’ll send it to finance” response. Never respond to my request for an update. Never able to talk to a human on the phone, no one ever picks up or returns my voicemail. I will be going to court with a lawyer because it seems like there is no other way to get it back. Be weary of moving into or buying a place they manage. Do not recommend.
Hi Indu, We’re really sorry you’ve had to wait this long for your move-in deposit to be refunded. You just moved into your new home, and instead of helping you feel settled, we made the experience frustrating—and that’s on us. Last week, we uncovered a batch of deposit requests that never made it to the team that processes refunds due to a breakdown in our system. Unfortunately, yours was part of that group. We found multiple follow-ups from you in the app, but didn’t see any missed calls tied to your account—which may mean it came from a different number. If that’s the case, we’d love to understand what happened so we can make sure it doesn’t get missed again. We’re taking this seriously. There’s now a dedicated team working to get every impacted refund out as quickly as possible, and yours has already been processed. Our team has reached out and will follow up again next week to make sure it’s hit your account. We also saw you have another open ticket, unrelated to the refund, and we’re working to move that forward too. We know your experience so far hasn’t reflected the service you should expect—and we’re committed to doing better, and helping you feel at home in your building. – The Daisy Team
Had a pretty seamless interaction with Daisy and the team were highly responsive to multiple inquiries which I really appreciated.
Thanks for sharing your experience vee, we're so glad we've been able to provide you with great support!
I am very impressed by Daisy Management. They are very responsive, and friendly as transfer agents! Dan is the best!
Thanks Carolyn! We've streamlined our transfers process a lot in the last few months and are glad to see the experience is going smoothly.
My feedback is specifically for Dan who works at Daisy. We came up against some issues with a Board Package and honestly, Dan may have been one of most helpful and responsive management representatives I've worked with in the city. Was understanding of the urgency, and communicated promptly every step of the way. Grateful we were assigned him!
Thanks Sara! We're so glad to provide you with a great experience, Dan is the man.
