With Daisy, Krista's building starts moving forward
Krista has been on her Dumbo condo board long enough to know what bad management looks like. After cycling through company after company, the pattern was always the same: unresponsive, disengaged, leaving the board feeling like they were "constantly begging for attention, begging for answers." Problems piled up in the meantime: no super, a years-long hot and cold water imbalance, a Local Law 11 facade project that had been stalled for over a year while fines and scaffolding costs accumulated.
A few neighbors in the area had switched to Daisy. Before Krista's building even signed the contract, Daisy had already started looking for a super. That set the tone. "I'm no longer the one putting out fires," she says. "I can focus on the building and the community. Because Daisy is doing what they were hired to do."
