Dan from the Transfer team at Daisy gets 5 Starts. He's smart, pleasant to work with and worked late into the night to get my lease application approved. HOWEVER, the man shouldn't have had to work so hard, AND, I as the owner and my prospective tenants shouldn't have had to work this hard either! The on-line application is a nightmare. Every question put to Daisy on line is met with a return email saying, "We're working on it." When you send 10 emails to Daisy, with issues, you don't know which email they are responding to, because you can't see the message chain. Without having a direct conversation with Dan about what my retired tenants of 10 years could provide as ALTERNATIVES to a W2 or letter of reference from a work colleague, the tenants would have not qualify to lease my apartment, despite having over $1MM dollars in assets. HUMAN BEINGS SOLVE PROBLEMS, ON-LINE PORTALS CREATE THEM! I hope my new tenants stays forever. I NEVER want to go through the DAISY Lease Application process again.

Daisy is an absolute failure of a company. I bought a condo from a building that was using them and they were shown to be incompetent multiple times. During closing they were not responsive in producing any documentation needed for our lender, almost losing us our rate lock and eventually forcing us to directly contact the condo’s board of directors. Separately, when we remodeled our unit they were supposed to be the liaison for building engineering review. Again, after multiple months of failed outreach and ignored messages, we had to bypass Daisy and go to the board and reviewing engineer directly. From the outside, this appears to be a startup that is a failed state. No operations are working, tickets are lost and ignored, and it is impossible to have a live conversation with anyone that has any authority or expertise.
