Daisy Property Management reviews from board members and residents

We’ve worked with Daisy Management for many years and have always had a great experience with their team. They are professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes every job run that much smoother. They genuinely care about their properties and the people they work with, and it shows in how they handle issues and coordinate with vendors. We truly value our relationship with Daisy Management and highly recommend them.

Because the bar for property management in New York City is so low (lots of vendor lock in/high switching costs), industry where consolidation and cost cutting has made quality drop, as a co-op board member, I have been incredibly pleasantly surprised by Daisy when we switched to them from first service residential. If you're considering the way to do it now. Worth it. They don't drop balls.

I know people tend to dislike all management companies but we’ve been happy with the quick and efficient management by Daisy and personal responses.

Daisy took over management of our building about nine months ago, and so far they have done an amazing job. They even developed their own on-site building platform that streamlines maintenance requests, package management, and resident services. We are a 414-unit building, and it is a busy and demanding property, but Daisy has handled the transition and ongoing operations exceptionally well. I've had a great experience working with their compliance team. They have been professional, responsive, organized, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication has always been clear, and their response times have been outstanding. Their tech team is also excellent—knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to address any issues. A special thank you to Brenda, Maura, Gidi, Alex, Linoy, Ori, Jackie, Stephanie and, of course, Liron. Their dedication and professionalism have made a noticeable difference. I would highly recommend Daisy without hesitation.

Excellent service, Dan in particular was very helpful with application for new lease.

I was extremely surprised and happy to see how this management company operates totally a different way. They are very helpful, communicated with the tenant from A to Z helping the application process a pleasure. First time experiencing such a good management company. Thank you
