If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incompetent and negligent. Does not reply to basic requests. Fails to deliver basic services. I have trash piled six feet high in my hallway. Evades accountability. Charges a premium price. Find me on linkedin if you would like to learn more.

It has been a pleasure working with Jessica and her team at Daisy Property Management. Right from the start, the communication has been clear and prompt. My team of fitness/yoga instructors, who provide fitness services to one of their buildings in Hell's Kitchen, also enjoys working with Jessica. Her consistent positivity makes the entire process seamless and enjoyable for my team of trainers. Finally a property management that get things done. We moved to Daisy 5 months ago and our building has gone through a complete change. Highly recommend any building in Soho to move to Daisy.
