Daisy does a good job managing information flow in our building. I get regular updates and notices pertinent to our building. Staff put on events that are enjoyable.

Very satisfied working with Daisy (especially Jessica and Robeel). They are easy to reach, effective property managers, and organizes the best community meetings to make sure everyone is welcome and heard.

Daisy Property is the worst management company in NYC. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They do not care, they do not respond, they are completely incompetent. If your building is falling down - they will still not help you, or pick up the phone--nothing. I've been in my building over twenty years and I've experienced different management companies during that time and Daisy is BY FAR the worst. Thank God we switched companies in August and now have someone who picks up the phone, who responds in a timely fashion, who actually knows what they are doing. DO NOT consider contracting them for your building--it will be the biggest mistake your board has ever made. What a difference already since we switched, and it's only been a little over a month!
