Daisy Property Management reviews from board members and residents

UPDATE: I wrote the review below after selling my apartment in a Daisy building in July. Daisy called me to ask how they could improve, and I explained each issue to them in great detail. They expressed a desire to do better going forward which is a good start but is worthless without action. Now, it’s been over two months since I provided a move-out deposit and Daisy has not refunded it. I am having to chase them for money that they should have simply returned to me months ago. I hope they are responsive but so far it’s just a continuation of the type of service I experienced as a resident. Super disappointing. INITIAL REVIEW: I owned and recently sold an apartment in a Daisy building. They were extremely disorganized and communicated poorly with all parties during the sale process, costing me time and money. They would lose track of requests, confuse timing and fail to respond for extended periods of time. They should evaluate their protocols recognizing that residents of their buildings rely on them for important matters.

Daisy is a great property management company. Since living under one of the management buildings, I’ve found it easy to stay informed and connected through the Daisy app. It keeps me posted on the latest and greatest events and community updates. Highly recommend.

I don’t live in one of their buildings, but their quarterly events are great! Got me thinking about moving to the building.
