Skimming through their reviews, I could tell that 80% of them were paid for. This company makes big promises and DOES NOT deliver on those promises. We were charged $800 for cleaning supplies a month???! And they just kept sending us JUGS AND JUGS of all purpose cleaning liquid. Like please stop. Who is even using them?? The cleaning team Daisy sends to our building is not! They never use them! Why are we paying for this?! Such a ridiculous management service. Hire a real company. Hope you bought enough five star reviews to drown out all the authentic ones.

But there might be a confusion here. We often buy in bulk for the entire year to save the building money. You mentioned the cleaning crew isn’t using the supplies, which honestly surprises us. We do monthly walkthroughs with full reports that are reviewed by our team to make sure everything is being taken care of in the building. But if you’re noticing areas that aren’t up to par, we want to know. Could you give us some specifics on what you’re seeing? We’ll look into it right away.About the reviews - we get that good reviews are important, but paying for them? That’s not who we are. It’s actually illegal, and it also goes against everything we stand for. Our reviews are 100% genuine, for better or worse and we take all of them very seriously to keep on evolving as a company.Property management is a 24/7 business and we know we're not perfect, but we’re working hard on making sure buildings feel like homes. Daisy makes it very convenient to file a maintenance request and get updates from management. They also throw community events which are nice to meet the neighbors.

The AC in our building hasn’t been working for over 15 hours while a 100+ degree heat wave is going on. We have been told that the problem would be fixed promptly only to have the heat persist with silence from Daisy. The apartments are boiling hot with no end in sight. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this problem and it is absolutely inexcusable that we aren’t being given updates. This will lead to critical health issues for pets, children, and the elderly if not solved ASAP.
Hi Lilly, it was extremely unfortunate timing for the AC to breakdown this morning during the heatwave, we're really sorry you had to experience that. We understand how frustrating this was, especially with the unexpected complications, including the ConEd brown out. We're relieved to share that we were able to get it restored in the last half hour, after working around the clock since we were first notified at 6:15 this morning. While we initially communicated that it would be fixed quickly, we soon learned that it would be more involved. We sent several updates through the Daisy App and email - could you check if your notifications are on? We want to make sure you're always informed. We're managing people's homes, and we take that very seriously, we did send out 4 detailed communications through the app and via email to keep everyone updated. We're happy to discuss in more detail and hear your feedback on how we can improve going forward.
I’ve lived under Daisy management for 2 years now, and have no complaints! They treat us so well and throw wonderful events!

We recently moved into our building that is managed by Daisy. They have made this new experience great so far, offering assistance when needed and have planned several building get togethers. Being new, those have provided us a great opportunity to meet our neighbors!
