Daisy Property Management reviews from board members and residents
If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Best management company in New York. From the management team to working with vendors, the entire process is seamless and well organized. It’s truly a foolproof operation. A special thank you to Nick and Jillian—they’re always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Daisy Management has been fantastic to work with. They’re professional, responsive, and make everything run smoothly. I couldn’t ask for a better team!
We love working with you too Vlady! You really help keep your building running smoothly.
Daisy was incredible to work with, from their staff to their systems. They were extremely helpful. As a broker with Compass, I have found it rare to encounter such an efficient management company in my career. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.
Thanks Will! We look forward to working together soon.
I have a very strong feeling that the positive reviews are plants because there’s no way in which the reactions would be this polar. As many others have said, if I could give daisy 0 stars I would. I purchased a condo and from day 1 daisy has been the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. I am an investor and own across many buildings so I deal with many property management companies so me saying they are the worst is not just from a one time ownership experience. They were extremely slow on the due diligence for the purchase, I asked questions regarding the specifications of the HVAC unit with no answer ever provided and had to sift through a 500 page offering plan on my own to find answers, they did not know any information on any building rules, and the icing on the cake it I have been trying to get an alteration agreement approved and as many others have said- they don’t know what they are doing, different people answer emails, black box customer service, takes forever to get answers, no one knows anything- all the while I bleed out funds waiting to get work started on my unit. Frustrating does not even begin to address my feeling. I have worked with large and small management companies- I don’t care about an app- I care about service, preserving my investment and having my funds utilized effectively and with daisy that does not happen. I will never purchase in a daisy building again- biggest mistake I ever made. It totally kills the value of the property to have a property management company like daisy so for any investors out there, proceed with caution because their service will erode your investment value and I would recommend against hiring them, keeping them or buying in buildings they manage. Now I’m stuck waiting for DAYS with no response from them- nothing at all- while I have no person to speak to, no one to contact, no way to move this along. This is NOT how property management works.
Hi Meeta - We apologize for your deeply frustrating experience. You’re right - our communication during your purchase and alteration agreement process has been slow and fragmented. There were many issues with getting accurate information from your seller which caused particularly acute delays. That being said we should have kept you better informed and provided clearer answers about building specifications and rules. You deserve much better service. While we did waive our standard fees given these issues, I understand this doesn’t make up for your experience. We’re actively working to improve our sales and transfers process, so that the first interaction with a Daisy-managed building, is a great one. I know our team is now working closely with you to make sure the rest of the alteration process goes smoothly. We're eager to help improve your building life going forward. Just to note - we never pay for reviews, as that’s both illegal and unethical. All reviews positive and negative, come from real Daisy customers.
Changing my review to a 1. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Daisy is new for our building. So far, they screwed up cleaning our water tank & we had no water for 2 days. Their people cleaned the tank, then left without making sure we had water. Then our elevator broke down, and after 3 or 4 different excuses & 6 DAYS of no elevator, it was finally fixed. Now, we have an assessment with no explanation of where the money is going. A vague “operating cost” and potential roof “exploration” to find a leak with NO estimates from any vendor. And every response is exactly the same “we’re working on it, thanks for your patience” No one is available to speak to you. So far, terrible service, and it’s only been 3 months!
Hi Debbie, We’re truly sorry about the disruptions you’ve faced- this is your home, and you deserve better, reliable service. Going 2 days without water and 6 days without an elevator is more than just frustrating, its a big inconvenience. We dropped the ball and should have provided better communication. About the assessment - I understand it’s concerning to see charges without a clear breakdown. The board determines what financial details can be shared, and we’ll work within their guidelines to get as detailed as possible about the operating costs and planned roof work.
I love Daisy so much!! The best app experience out of the 3 buildings I’ve lived in so far in the city
Thanks Aric! We're glad to hear the Daisy Neighbors App has helped provide a better building life experience.
It has been amazing to have Daisy managing our building life. When people talk about living in Manhattan, mine facilitated by Daisy has made a huge difference. Their well thought out gatherings pushes us out of ou apartments on a week night which we as a family look forward to.
Thanks Niti! We're glad to help make your building feel more like home and connect with neighbors.
Making an incredible difference one building at a !time
I've served on my building's board twice, the first time around it was with an "old school" management company, everything was via email and paper. The previous board allowed our building to fall into disrepair, we went from the best building to bottom of the barrel. I ran on the promise of bringing Daisy on board, I had spent two years prior vetting them and I knew they were the breath of fresh air that our building needed. Our account manager, Robeel, and community manager, Jessica, hit the ground running, they got applause at our last annual meeting. Daisy came aboard and filled in all of the cracks from our previous management company both literally and figuratively. They bring property management into the 21st century, trust me, your building will thank you for the upgrade!
Thank you!! We're so glad our fresh approach has helped bring the needed improvements to your building, with everything all in one place on the dashboard for boards, an easy app for residents and a proactive attitude to getting things done!
As a first time co-op homeowner, it is unfortunately our management company is Daisy. We are planning to do a renovation and sent out alternation form 5 weeks ago after we closed. Until today, we still can’t get any straight answer from Daisy. Like all the comments, they do respond, but it was basically customer service that knows nothing about your request and your building, what makes it worse? It’s always different person to response your same email (they have no clue at all). It is also extremely difficult to call and try talk to a real person, even you do, they know nothing and can do nothing about your case. We’ve now lost 5 weeks of time to do the renovation and have an empty apartment seating there that we can do nothing because of Daisy, and we will have to sublease somewhere else while the renovation is approved later on (who knows when?) No one will reach out to us unless we send an email, and all we get is always “your case is currently under review” (without any details or timeline) It’s a such a nightmare for us because we can’t plan anything at all. Will they do anything about our time and money lost? NO, because it’s not their home and they simply don’t care.
Hi Vanessa, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone and share your experience. We're working to move your renovation process along as quickly as possible. Moving into a new co-op and planning renovations is already stressful enough - I completely understand your frustration. While alterations do take time and involve multiple parties (the board, DOB, and various professionals), we absolutely should have provided clearer, more consistent updates throughout this process. This is your home, and while we genuinely care, we could have definitely done a better job here. We look forward to making the rest of your experience with Daisy better. Yotam, CEO & Co-Founder
