If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Best management company in New York. From the management team to working with vendors, the entire process is seamless and well organized. It’s truly a foolproof operation. A special thank you to Nick and Jillian—they’re always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Very slow to respond, if at all. They really lack effective communication which is vital as a property management company. Throughout my move in process I had several questions unanswered and was never given clear directions for setting up my account. To this day, weeks after my lease started I still have no account with them and can’t access any building announcements, control entry, etc. They also never let the super know I was moving in. Seems overall lackluster management company.

If only no star was an option. 24 hours after a flood was discovered in my apartment, I have yet to hear back from our building manager Victoria. Fortunately I was able to get my contractor to stop the leak but I now have to deal with an insurance claim involving the building insurance and no one can tell anything else but that they are escalating my request. The only way to contact Daisy is through a chat bot that is down most of the time. No emergency phone number is provided on their app. Stay away from Daisy at all cost. ADDING some info after Daisy’s answer: I did not hear from ANYONE and it took hours to get through to Daisy because the app was not working and no phone number was listed on it. And it then took even longer for them to dispatch a plumber. It took Daisy ONE WEEK to send someone to inspect the damages even though the flood was caused by the building. I FELT NO SUPPORT FROM ANYONE. the system as you say is built so that no one is in charge or responsible so nothing gets done.

Hi Clement – We're sorry for the stress of having to deal with a leak in your home—it’s never something anyone wants to wake up to. We understand it may have been frustrating not to hear directly from a specific manager, especially in the middle of an urgent issue. That said, our 24/7 emergency response team was on it from the moment the leak was reported and quickly dispatched a plumber to stop and manage the situation. We built Daisy differently to make sure residents always have support when it matters most—not just from one person, but from a full team that can act fast. That structure enabled us to address the leak quickly. That said, we hear your concerns about communication and clarity around next steps, and we’re following up now to help move the insurance piece forward. Thanks for taking the time to share this, – The Daisy Team

Prompt responses from management, almost unheard of for Condo and Co-ops! Dan was extremely helpful in assisting me with obtaining documents for a sale.

I have had a very frustrating experience with Daisy. I am an owner in a condo Daisy manages. I have been dealing with ongoing harassment by a tenant living in my hallway. I have been communicating via the app with very kind people however it seems like those resident experts cannot relay information to my building’s operations team. I speak to people on the app and then there is no result in my actual building. It seems like the people I speak to via the app are overseas and cannot affect any change here in New York. Daisy uses the app and outsourced labor to avoid responsibility of actually managing the buildings they represent. If I were a board member who cares about the quality of life of their neighbors I would not use this management company. They are all talk with very little follow through. edit: a response to their response, I do know this is a resident-to-resident issue; however, there are ways management could help but they have not. I was told by Daisy Resident Experts that Management could organize a meeting between me and the board in order to discuss how that same harassing neighbor is a core reason why the police have come to our building 25 times in the last 10 months. I requested Daisy set up this meeting in May and a month later they told me I should message 311 and organize the meeting myself. (I have been to the Manhattan Peace Institute and am organizing mediation with the board.) If they could not do this service why did they offer the option in the first place? This same harassing neighboring tenant also used the Daisy App model to report multiple false claims against me. Daisy didn't ask him for any evidence of his claims. He didn't have any because I wasn't even in town when he sent the complaints. So Daisy sent me multiple emails telling me to change my behavior when I wasn't even in my apartment. So my harasser uses Daisy Property Management to continue harassing me. When I asked if Daisy considered this to be a problem, they basically said not really. So it is evident to me that Daisy avoids responsibility in the day to day personal operations of the buildings they represent. I will say I've seen evidence that Daisy is very motivated by big ticket contracts in their buildings. I assume it is so they can beef up their paychecks. But as far as actually caring about the residents in those buildings? Well, it doesn't seem like the people on the ground in New York actually care. The overseas workers who respond in the app are always kind and available but can do nothing but send the info to the operations team who sometimes never address the problem.

We’re really sorry for what you’ve been going through. No one should feel uncomfortable in their own building, and we understand how upsetting this situation has been. As you know, this is a resident-to-resident issue—one that unfortunately falls outside of what a condo board or management company can legally resolve. That’s why we’ve encouraged involving the proper authorities and city mediation services, who are best equipped to help in this type of situation. We hope the right parties are able to help bring this to a resolution soon. – The Daisy Team

(June 2026) Update: My experience with Daisy was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have ever encountered. I’ll absolutely be petitioning to get rid of them at my building. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a five-month ordeal marked by delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. From the moment the project began, Daisy consistently failed to respond to emails and phone calls. Days turned into weeks without updates, forcing me to repeatedly chase them for basic information that should have been proactively communicated. Even more concerning, quotes and estimates were routinely withheld for weeks at a time, creating unnecessary delays and preventing any meaningful progress from being made. Every step of the process seemed to stall because of Daisy’s inability or unwillingness to follow through on simple commitments. The most frustrating aspect was the complete absence of urgency despite the fact that the issue involved a leak causing ongoing concern and potential damage. Rather than acting like professionals who understood the seriousness of the situation, Daisy appeared indifferent to the consequences of their delays. Five months later, I was left wondering whether anyone at the company was actually managing the project. Calls went unanswered. Emails were ignored. Deadlines came and went without explanation. Promises were made and then forgotten. Competence is not just about fixing problems, it’s about communication, responsiveness, and taking responsibility. Daisy failed on all three counts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Based on my experience, expect delays, expect poor communication, and expect to spend far more time chasing answers than receiving them. This was not merely disappointing service. It was a masterclass in inefficiency, negligence, and customer disregard. They’re the worst company I’ve ever interacted with. (May 2025): If I could provide less than one star I would. Daisy has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive for over a month and I have a gaping hole in my roof. It leaks almost every day and when it rains I need multiple buckets. It continues to cause damage to my apartment and my building. They promised to call me back and keep me informed but I have heard nothing. DO NOT HIRE this company for anything. They force you to use an app - and then they never respond or follow up. It is an absolute nightmare. Please someone from Daisy respond. I’ve left over five messages and used the application to submit the issue. I’m updating this after an additional month of waiting for Daisy to fix the hole in my ceiling. They’ve made multiple false promises and even pretended to a schedule a contractor that has never showed up. They are absolutely the worst. Please do not use this company! Save yourself money, hours of work, and do not utilize their services. They are unprofessional and unresponsive.

Hi Chris – We’re really sorry you’ve been dealing with a leaking roof and that our communication hasn’t been where it should be. Living with an unresolved issue like that—especially when it’s affecting your home—is incredibly difficult, and you deserved more consistent updates and support from us throughout the process. We’ve been working behind the scenes with the board to move the repair forward, but we didn’t do a good job of keeping you in the loop—and we get how frustrating that must’ve been. We’re glad we were able to connect today and confirm that the board officially approved the roof repair this morning. That’s a big step forward, and we’re moving quickly from here to get it resolved—and to make sure you stay updated along the way. – The Daisy Team
