Been with Daisy for over 1 year now for a 30+ units mid-rise. It definitely is a different experience from a traditional, just-speak-to-one manager experience. The advantages are many: you get a team-based approach, a modern app (vs. billion disorganized emails), and scaled experience from their network of vendors, etc. The personal touch I've had from our building managers and various department (project mgmt, 24/7 operations, etc.) has been consistently friendly and professional, and that means more than any individual's personality, it's suggestive of a positive company culture/hiring process. More than anything, it's a modern bldg mgmt experience (from a Board and owner/resident POV) in a stuffy, out-dated industry, and I'm most appreciative!
