If I could work with only one management company, it would be Daisy Management. Nick, Jillian, Luke, and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. They communicate clearly, always follow through, and make every project seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Best management company in New York. From the management team to working with vendors, the entire process is seamless and well organized. It’s truly a foolproof operation. A special thank you to Nick and Jillian—they’re always professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Worked with Dan on the Transfer Team and he was incredibly responsive to my questions. Had previously had negative interactions with the Daisy platform, but it seems that they have turned that around and hired some great members of the team to assist.

I was responsible for bringing Daisy to our building. I’m absolutely embarrassed that I did. I have tried to contact Daisy for a month with little to no response. This is through phone, app chat, maintenance manager, head of recruitment and others. If you told me the company had gone out of business and continued to collect our buildings fees, I would believe it. Our building pays the “premium” membership to have a dedicated response team. They took over as our building management company months ago and I’ve yet to be able to contact them. Multiple emails over a month have gone ignored, the app based maintenance requests have been completely ignored. Other residents have similar issues and are starting to demand we look for another company. The doormen don’t like them either. It’s been a total mess. Run don’t walk away from the management company and don’t consider using them. Please contact me for the receipts if you are considering them.

Hi Eric, I’m really sorry this has been your experience, it shouldn’t have been. I looked through your history in our system and saw the lapses you described, and I would be just as frustrated as you. It looks like this started when you called about a long-standing heating issue that predates Daisy, earlier in October. Although there was a bit of phone tag, you were able to connect with our resident experience team that day, and a ticket was created to address the problem. From there, however, it wasn’t routed correctly to your building’s account manager. When you followed up through the app, those messages were tied to the same misrouted ticket, so they unfortunately didn’t reach the right person. It must have felt like no one was listening and that it was taking far too long to get answers. That’s the opposite of the experience we want anyone to have. Last week, we launched major changes to how requests are handled to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Requests are now automatically routed directly to the right person to help — in your case, your building’s account manager. I know he was able to catch you on the phone earlier today and is working to get this resolved asap. I know this experience didn’t reflect the level of service we promise, but we’re taking it seriously and have already made improvements to ensure every resident gets the support they need — without delay. – The Daisy Team

I'm a 23 year veteran in NYC real estate. I have worked as an owner and an agent. I recently had the opportunity to work with Dan at Daisy management on a condo deal. Dan has been super responsive and this process has been stress free. I can not give a higher recommendation than 5 stars or or I would.

A fake property management company. They use AI to respond to all tickets and keep repeating they are sorry for the issue and will get back to you. In 5 months we had 4 account managers and no resolution. Paid $3,000 in transition fees for a transition that was never completed. Have not had heat in our building for over a month and no management response from Yotam who prides himself on reddit for responding. A true scam! Avoid at all costs!

Hi William, I’m really sorry you’ve felt so frustrated with Daisy. Some of your concerns are completely understandable, others may come from miscommunication, and a few I admit I’m a bit surprised by. First, while we do have automated confirmation emails that acknowledge when a request is received, all follow-up communication from Daisy comes from real people on our team, nothing is AI-generated. Daisy is not a scam; we’re a locally based management company supporting hundreds of New York City buildings. And as you know, we’ve met on Zoom and spoken on the phone several times over the past six weeks — I hope that helps reassure you that there’s a real team here who knows your building and cares about resolving its issues. You’re right that your building has had multiple managers in a short amount of time, which isn’t ideal. One of the benefits of Daisy’s structure, though, is that all building information — including open items, past requests, and communication history — lives in one centralized dashboard. So your building shouldn’t have experienced any lapse in service. But if there’s anything that hasn’t been addressed (or isn’t in progress), please let me know. The transition process was completed. I know you were frustrated that we weren’t able to retrieve all of the financial records from your prior management company. We wish we had been able to as well. It’s something we encounter at times, and I’m sorry we weren’t able to fully close that loop sooner. As it’s only the end of October, the building’s boiler wasn’t scheduled to be turned on earlier in the month when the temperatures were warmer. That said, there has been a bit of a delay — when the building’s vendor went to start it up last week, they found a few issues that needed repair. We’ve been working with the vendor, and the repair is scheduled for this Tuesday. I completely that it's disappointing, and we’re resolving it as quickly as possible. I look forward to continuing to work with your building to address any remaining frustrations and to keep improving the building’s overall health. – Amoi
