Data Analyst Intern - Switch

Tel Aviv

Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our Switch team - the team responsible for onboarding new buildings onto Daisy's platform. In this role, you will own the data that the team uses to measure itself, ensuring the Switch team's OKRs are tracked accurately, consistently, and on time.

You will work across the systems that run the switch process — ClickUp, Airtable, Meadow, Buildium — and our modern data stack, including Snowflake (data warehouse/lake) and Looker (BI tool). You will maintain the scorecards and dashboards for each key result, build validation and alerting into the production of the numbers, and flag where the data doesn't reflect reality.

  • This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Switch team lead and collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Operations, contributing to high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing measurement of the Switch team's OKRs — collect, validate, and report the data behind each key result on a regular cadence.

  • Pull and cross-check data across our systems (ClickUp, Airtable, Meadow, Buildium, Snowflake) and flag data-quality gaps that undermine the metrics.

  • Develop automated validation and alerts to proactively identify missing or incorrect key data.

  • Help build the team's measurement infrastructure — templates, trackers, dashboards, and repeatable reporting processes so measurement runs on a system, not on people.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings through clear visualizations.

  • Responsibilities may change and be prioritized according to evolving team and business needs.

Our expectations:

  • Availability to work from the office two days per week (Monday–Wednesday) – must

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – must

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (academic experience is sufficient)

  • Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly

  • Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) - Advantage

  • Exposure to Python / R or similar analytical tools - Advantage

  • Interest in AI or data-driven products - Advantage

  • Final-year student - Advantage
