New York, NY — November 11, 2025— Daisy, the fastest-growing property management company in New York City, announced its expansion into the large-building market, now serving communities with 400+ units and launching Pulse, a next-generation platform designed for onsite teams.

This expansion follows the onboarding of several large buildings in Manhattan. Daisy’s move into 400+ unit communities demonstrates the scalability of its model and sets a new standard for speed, transparency, and real-time operations in a sector still dominated by legacy systems like BuildingLink.

“Large buildings have long relied on outdated systems that create silos between residents, staff, and management. We built Pulse and expanded our app to eliminate those gaps, creating one ecosystem that keeps the entire building connected in real time,” said Yotam Cohen, CEO and Co-Founder of Daisy.

Pulse: Built for onsite teams

Developed exclusively for Daisy-managed buildings, Pulse gives doormen, supers, and front desk staff real-time control over daily operations, all from a single dashboard. Onsite teams can:

  • Manage maintenance requests and vendor work
  • Track building assets
  • Oversee amenity reservations and shared spaces
  • Coordinate guest access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor entry
  • Assign and manage parking spaces, storage units, and bike rooms

Pulse also includes integrated billing and payment tools, allowing staff to charge residents directly for items like key fobs, parking decals, or service fees — payable immediately. Every update is automatically reflected in Daisy’s system and unit ledgers, eliminating lost notes, manual invoices, or inconsistent records.

A better experience for residents and owners

Alongside Pulse, the Daisy app now offers expanded resident services that connect residents directly with onsite teams. Users can reserve amenities, grant permission to enter, submit maintenance requests, make payments, and receive real-time updates, all in the Daisy Neighbors App.

Scaling the future of smart building living

Pulse and the expanded Daisy Neighbors app represent a major step in Daisy’s mission to improve the way people live by transforming how buildings run. Expanding into 400+ unit communities underscores Daisy’s ability to scale its model, combining proactive service, advanced technology, and a relationship-driven approach to deliver a better living experience.
