Overview

We’re hiring a Facilities Portfolio Manager to lead operational performance across a portfolio of condo, co-op, and HOA communities. 

You’ll be the senior point of accountability for building operations, vendor execution, escalations, and board confidence across your portfolio. You’ll work directly with board members, supers, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems quickly, improve building performance, and create a consistently high standard of service.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines operational judgment, executive presence, and a bias for action.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead relationships with boards as the primary facilities operator for your portfolio
  • Own escalations and drive urgent issues to resolution
  • Manage vendors, supers, and contractors to deliver high-quality work
  • Improve building performance through preventative planning and strong execution
  • Hold internal teams and external partners accountable to deadlines and standards
  • Identify recurring problems and implement scalable fixes
  • Navigate sensitive resident, board, and vendor situations professionally
  • Help build the future operating model for facilities at Daisy as we scale nationally


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, construction, or operations leadership
  • Experience managing vendors, capital work, or building operations portfolios
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to advise boards and senior stakeholders
  • Calm under pressure with a proven track record of handling escalations
  • Strong judgment and ownership mentality
  • Organized, fast-moving, and highly accountable
  • Experience in condo/co-op or multifamily environments is a strong plus


Compensation

This role offers a salary of $90K-$100K, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a competitive benefits package.
