About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, multidisciplinary Brand Designer to lead Daisy’s visual identity into its next phase of growth. You’ll build on the strong foundation we’ve already developed—owning and evolving the brand system while driving creative strategy across high-impact marketing campaigns and real-world brand experiences.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for a business-minded creative who wants to shape work that gets noticed, shared, and talked about. You’ll partner closely with the marketing team to turn strategy and insight into scroll-stopping campaigns—and help build a brand people actually want to engage with.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing design (agency, in-house, startup experience), with a strong portfolio of systems-level and applied work
- Experience leading or owning a visual identity system—you’ve evolved a brand through multiple growth stages and know how to maintain consistency while driving innovation
- Proven ability to lead creative direction, concept new ideas, and execute them across a range of digital and print channels
- Highly proficient in Figma and other modern design tools
- Solid understanding of web design best practices; experience collaborating with website developers
- You are a systems thinking designer who has related experience working on visual identity systems at scale with a strong attention to detail
- You’re growth-minded and business-savvy—excited to use design as a lever for brand momentum and business growth
- You’re a strong communicator and strategic thinker—able to explain design rationale, get buy-in, and collaborate across teams
- You’re a proactive team player who builds strong partnerships and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Familiarity or curiosity with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, etc.) as part of your creative process
Salary Range
The salary for this position ranges between $105,000 and $125,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Exceptions to the proposed salary may apply based on various factors. In addition, we offer a range of additional benefits that will be detailed during the interview process.
