About the Role
As a People Operations, you will play a crucial role in our People ops team, working closely with the Director of People and assisting in various HR functions, office administration tasks, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding for the NY office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues, ensuring a timely and empathetic response.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Develop and execute employee wellness and engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and culture.
- Lead all employee events and engagement initiatives for our US employees.
- Oversee and manage all office requirements and work directly with external vendors.
- Support the Director of People and CEO with different people operations initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy, discretion, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all HR practices and policies.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You’re a self-learner who likes to take on the initiative.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with the ability to maintain professional composure under pressure.
- Advantage:
