FOM (Field Operations Manager)

Daisy is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and resourceful Field Operations Manager to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will provide onsite team leadership, oversee building walkthroughs and inspections, and ensure our operations run seamlessly and efficiently. You will Partner with the onsite team to drive building health and hospitality to the residents.

• You will be in the field. Strong knowledge of the five boroughs
• Basic knowledge of building systems, mechanical systems, and software programs

• You are organized, self-sufficient, and have a “get things done” approach

Requirements

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• 4+ years in operations
• Background in either hospitality, logistics, or real estate
• Lead onsite building teams
• Understanding of Google Office, digital tools, CMMS, or other ticketing software (Zendesk, ClickUp, Salesforce ServiceCloud, or others)
• You are tech-savvy, believe technology can be used strategically to make you more efficient, and are excited by opportunities to leverage it.
