As the Customer Experience Manager, you'll be spearheading customer experience at a new and innovative type of property management company focused on a delightful experience. You’ll be the first hire in the customer experience team and have the opportunity to dive in, set a new standard, the tone of voice - how we communicate to residents and create processes to elevate our residents' daily lives. You'll communicate with residents on a daily basis through the Daisy operating system and ensure their questions and problems are answered and solved expediently, all while bringing delight to their day, and with a smile on your face.
