Performance Marketing Manager

Daisy is a fast-growing startup that’s taking on the property management industry. We’re looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and knowledgeable marketer who has strong experience in paid search ads, marketing automation and the ability to ideate and execute at speed. You’ll play a critical role in Daisy achieving its growth goals and becoming a household name. Reporting to the director of marketing, you’ll have room and resources to grow

What you’ll do

  • Lead the management, strategy, and execution of digital and other growth marketing channels (google ads, display ads, LinkedIn, youtube, quora, Facebook, etc)
  • Identify opportunities for new channel tests & growth
  • Conversion rate optimization throughout the funnel - landing page, website, nurturing
  • Own the marketing automation infrastructure that supports lead management, re-engagement & analytics
  • Reporting & analytics - maintain funnel, channel, and campaign performance reporting, highlighting successes, failures, trends, and opportunities
  • Research market trends, competitor services, and market changes to inform paid marketing strategies

Your experience

  • 3+ years of google ads experience
  • 2+ years of paid social experience
  • google tag manager experience
  • 2+ years a/b testing experience - google optimize, VWO, or similar
  • google analytics experience
  • experience building & maintaining marketing analytics reporting
  • knowledgeable in SEO, experience with semrush
  • Marketing automation experience (HubSpot)
  • Offline channels (direct, print, etc) are a plus.
  • Experience in real estate, especially property management marketing is a plus.
