We’re expanding at lightning speed, and we are looking for great people to help us grow Daisy. As People Operations Manager, you will be growing and maintaining our office environment for our NYC-based team. You will first and foremost support day-to-day operational needs including work environment, office maintenance, event coordination, local team communication, cross-office initiatives, and assistance with hiring & onboarding.

Your responsibilities:

  • First and foremost is to ensure the office feels like home. You’ll work with the team to ensure that Daisy employees work in a delightful environment, have the best resources available to do their jobs, have awesome SWAG, food/beverage, and everything else necessary to create a fun environment.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and assist with new hire onboarding and process for departing employees.
  • Work on employee events and engagement initiatives for our NYC employees.
  • Manage and track office maintenance.
  • Support the CEO with different projects.
  • Coordinating office moves and set up

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • EQ: Love connecting with employees, and have proven ability to build relationships and bring warmth to all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility: Ability to wear many different hats (and switch them regularly!).
  • Familiarity with benefit administration providers and plans.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You’re a self-learner who likes to take on initiatives.
