As a Head of Consumer Services, you will be responsible for building and leading a new team in our company focused on services to Daisy residents. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in product management, business development, and financial analysis. You will be building a complete and new resident experience layer.

You will be reporting directly to our Co-Founder & CEO.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to source, curate, vet, and deliver services to Daisy residents, including analyzing consumer needs and forming partnerships with external vendors.
  • Build a new team from scratch and manage team performance to meet business objectives.
  • Establish key performance metrics and targets to measure success and track progress.
  • Manage revenue growth and P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that services provided to Daisy residents align with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow and expand the consumer services business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to ensure that Daisy remains competitive in the market.






About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong empathy for users, ability to detect signals from the market, and an eye for design
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful businesses from the ground.
  • Robust financial analysis and budgeting skills.
  • Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.


Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending o job-related knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.


Equity Compensation

Please note Daisy’s compensation comprises a base salary and stock options within the company.
