Our finance team is looking for a Controller to provide the Daisy leadership team and stakeholders with financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and other key performance indicators to manage and grow the business. You will run the daily accounting processes so that all records, documentation, and processes are complete, correct, organized, and documented. Offer solutions as challenges arise, proactively provide support and expertise to promote organizational stability and success.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, commissions, cash management, and tax
- Manage Statutory reporting and compliance requirements in Israel
- Lead coordination of annual audit with external auditors
- Be a hands-on leader
- Identify gaps and implement improved accounting systems. Define and own the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite, and the migration from cash accounting to US GAAP,
- Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Play a vital role in the company’s annual budgeting process, as well as regular forecasts.
- Implement and improve processes and controls to scale the accounting function.
- Effectively manage company working capital
- Assist in the development of scalable, best-practice accounting and cash management internal controls
- Report directly to the VP of Finance
About you
- 5+ years’ experience including controller/accounting manager level role
- CPA is preferred
- Desire to roll-up your sleeves, prioritize work, execute plans, and drive deliverables
- Someone excited to implement process automation, robotics, BI, and AI learning.
- Ability to manage the deployment of new software/accounting systems. Experience with migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft BI is preferred

- Experience working with a subscription billing system (SAAS Billing).

Base Salary Range
$115,000 - $140,000
Equity Compensation
Please note Daisy’s compensation is made up of a base salary and stock options within the company.
