Community Manager

We’re expanding at lightning speed, and we’re looking for great people to join us. At Daisy, you’ll be part of a team helping people live their best building lives. We’re transforming property management by combining innovative technology with a resident-centric approach. As Community Manager, you’ll be in charge of the most important aspect of running buildings - the people. You’ll lead all resident initiatives, both virtual and in person, to establish and foster a strong sense of community within Daisy-run buildings.


  • Create engaging content for the Daisy Neighbors App as well as monthly newsletters for all buildings within the Daisy portfolio
  • Develop a content plan and event calendar per building
  • Plan and execute initiatives, programs, and events, both virtual and in person, to bring the Daisy brand to life and create a sense of community in all Daisy-run buildings 
  • Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, operations, and product 
  • Manage all aspects of event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement the creative and logistical aspects of all events


  • 2+ years of experience as a community manager
  • 2+ years of event planning/management
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • A true passion for community and bringing people closer together
  • Creative thinker and process-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a vibrant startup environment
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
